So, now, on top of the State of Alaska cancelling the 8% gas tax here in Alaska, giving $ to Alaskan energy companies to have them lower their rates, making the prices for fuel more equitable throughout Alaska, and giving us the Permanent Fund Dividend (PFD) of AT LEAST $2000 per Alaskan Resident, we'll also get this $1200 (per Resident) tacked on to our PFD, which they will try to get to us in Sept instead of Oct (as usual) so that we can get a jumpstart on our heating needs for the winter. COOL! Or, maybe I should say, THINK WARM!
