Sorry I have made some errors in judgement with a couple of my comments on the blogs...should get my facts straight as my dad always said! He sent me a joke the other day, so to redeem my bad self i'll share it...

 

THE PRICE OF GAS IS SO HIGH THESE DAYS THAT...

I walked into the gas station and told the clerk I wanted $5.00 bucks worth of gas...he f@rted and handed me a receipt!

Phew just my window boxes and transplanted lots of hostas....I need a VERY cold dip now...it's only 11:00 am and climbing in the mid 80's already...yeah, yeah I know you Southeners (sp?) got it bad! We Yankees do like to gripe :LOL1

 

Hope you are having a great day thus far...we got up before the birds here in MI because it supposed to rain the next 8 days and be hot and humid to boot! I just did doggy doody detail so my husband couldquick get the mowing done beofre the storms roll in ! Ah the sweet wounds of a lawn mower in the early moring...I am sure our neighbors will love us YIKES!

Hope everyone is having an enjoyable weekend and looking forward to some R&R this holiday! I really appreciated the kind support and insight everyone offered when I last posted about my niece committin suicide a couple weeks ago. We felt your prayers and I hope my brother and sister-in-law did to.

Hello everyone,

I am dealing with a horrible event in that my niece committed suicide this weekend. I haven't had any experience with this and wondered if anyone has any thoughts, insight, advice to offer. I posted the info on a blog titled Accepting Death and Dying;
