I am sorry but I need to vent out.

I had a perfect score for the past three years been on E-Bay. But in the last week 2 customers have giving me Neutral feedback....What is the Problem you may ask.

Let me start off, Listing on Ebay is no easy task. You have to make sure that you have everything cover from item description to shipping, not to mention competition. I try to make my self clear in everything that I list. I dont take advantage of shipping and handling charges and most of my prices are pretty darn reasonable. Before I put anything up I do my research. Ok

The first customer was happy with the shipping but disappointed with the item. "Im sorry", I cleary state on my listing to ask any questions before bidding, the reason,  to prevent any confusion later on.  I guess I need to make this in BOLD letters next time.

The second customer has a problem with the shipping, mmmm, lets see media mail takes anywhere from 2 to 9 business days for delivery. The item was shipped out August 31, 2007 considering that on September 3 was Labor Day which mail doesnt run that day and the customer received his package on September 6 I believe it falls in the 2 to 9 business day delivery. If you want it faster pay Priority Mail and in 2 business days its there.

What I dont get is that I send out thank you flyers with all of my shipment and on the flyer I clearly state  that if you have a problem to please email me before leaving a feedback.  If people would just slow down and read some of this problems can be prevented. But I have learned that when a customer doesnt mean well It dont matter what you say or do to try to make them Happy. I was told once that the "Customer is always right". For me Not Always not when I am doing everything possible to be fair and honest at what I do. Sometimes theirs just no pleasing.

I dont know what else to put on my listing to make sure that this doesnt happen again. If any body has  a suggestion I would be more than Happy to read about it.
