3rd Power Outlet announces a new "Hassle Free" Return Policy

We have recently changed the Return policy at 3rd Power Outlet to be more customer friendly and to insure that our customers get what they paid for GUARANTEED!!!

Please read the below policy, our return policy is strictly enforced in order for us to continue bringing you savings on our fine products here at 3rd Power Outlet.

An item must be eligible for returns in order to request a refund or exchange. Items that are not eligible include any undergarments, used items, opened creams and facial items or items not returned within the specification of this policy.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt by the customer of the item. Before returning item customers must print, and fill out the complete RMA form in its entirety.  If the RMA form is not included with the return or if the package is not sent to the correct return address, the package will be delayed in processing and you will be liable for the full restocking fee. Please be sure to COMPLETE THE RMA and include it INSIDE THE RETURN PACKAGE.

International sales are final and this return policy does not apply. We try to work with all of our customers and we are very reasonable, international returns with customs and shipping are multi faceted and are subject to case by case evaluations. Please contact us PRIOR to returning any international orders at info@3rdPowerOutlet.com.

If the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to charge up to a 25 percent restocking fee, or in some cases you will receive your return back to you if not in condition acceptable at the discretion of the 3rd Power return department.
