so about my previous post, I sent back the item, over a week ago... when do I get my refund, and what do I do if I don't get it? I even have the stuff from the post office so the seller cannot claim I never sent it back, and she had to sign for it when she got it so I can't be accused of not sending the item... well let me know! I just wanted to clear up some information about the negative feedback I have recieved from ebay member MissLunita.  I had bid and won a Juicy Couture Track Suit that was said to be new with tags and real Juicy.  When I recieved the item I felt something was off, the item was cheap material, it didnt fit like regular Juicy, (I know this because I am short and Juicy pants are made for really tall girls).  I ordered the track suit anyways knowingly that I would need to get the pants hemmed.  But when I tried on the pants they fit perfectly, that was strange because I had tried on alot of juicy and never have I had a perfect fit in pants.  Next I noticed the the juicy writing on the pants and jacket was written Juicy (R).  I said hmm... I dont remeber seeing that on the picture of the outfit and I don't think juicy puts the (R).  And the wrapping that the outfit was in was stuck to the cheap iron onlike letters that spelled out juicy.  I decided to look into this case more because my boyfriend had paid 115.00 for the outfit for my birthday, which is on thursday (may 1).  When I sent misslunita a message she said to send it back for a refund, but I said that I would like my refund and then I will send the item, and trust me, I would not be caught wearing a fake designer outfit, its lame.  I WAS SAYING THAT BECAUSE I HAVE HEARD STORIES ABOUT PEOPLE NOT GETTING THEIR MONEY BACK!!! I HAVE EVERY INTENTION ON SENDING THE ITEM BACK, I AM NOT DUMB AND KNOW REFUNDS INCLUDE THE RETURN OF AN ITEM, so RELAX on the MEAN comments.  Next I sent ebay a message and reported her.  Next misslunita called me an ugly witch, adding again to the anger and frustration I had on being cheated.  I wanted other buyers of Misslunita to know that her items were fake so I went out of my way to send them a message and notify them.  They were very nice and were as upset as I was.  So that is my story, and I am not a rude person, I just dont like being cheated, getting my money stolen, and mocked.  Well thanks for reading this!

****When I asked her if the item was fake she send to send it back for a refund, she knew it was fake, and was not going to argue it. 

**Update: 4/30: I went to the post office and mailed the package with the outfit back, so no more yelling at me!! And I also noticed that will help other Juicy buyers tell whether or not the item is real is by the tag with the Choose Juicy, the fake one has P&G and the real one has G&P
