Product Design:

Bracelets: We customize using your  school colors.

Anklets: We customize using your school colors and include charms of  the school name (i.e. A school named Martin Luther King would have the charms "M", "L" and "K").

Necklaces: We customize using your school colors. The medallion options are as follows:

1. Basketball shaped medallion using  school colors (Jersey number available upon request)
2. Football shaped medallion using school colors (Jersey number available upon request)
3. Baseball/softball bat shaped medallion using school colors (Jersey number available upon request)
4. Tennis racket shaped medallion using school colors (Jersey number available upon request)
5. Jersey Number shaped medallion using school colors
6. School initial shaped medallion using school colors (i.e. A school named Martin Luther King would have a medallion shaped like "MLK")

Earrings:  We customize using your school colors. Our designs are generally the same as the options for the necklaces medallions with the exception of size (earring charms will be smaller).

*Note: Although it is unlikely, the customization processing time may take between 1 and 18 days depending on request volumes. We will respond to your request in a timely manner and contact you throughout the process in regards to your item's completion. We will suggest another time for you to make your request known if we have an excessively high volume of requests.

Customization process

1. Upon receiving your request, we will have our design team to create a design, specifically for you.
2. After your design is created, we will post it at the above website.
3. After notifying us of your interest in a School Product  we will post a listing with your customized design as the main picture.
4. You (the buyer), would then make payment and our design team will complete the customization for your item.
5. We will contact you twice during the customization process: when your School Product is 50%   complete and when it is 100% complete. At that point, we will have a picture of your final product available at the above website. In the notification, we will include the height and width of your item.
6. After we have contacted you with a "100% complete" notification, we will ship your School Product.

*Note: All products must   be paid for in advance.  This is to prevent non-committing customers from requesting an item and not making payment when the product is complete.  As stated above, we will not accept a request if we have an excessively high volume of requests, but we will suggest another time for you to make your request known. If we are able to come to your request sooner than we previously estimated, then, we will notify you. We stand firm on our reputation of being honest in our selling. Our feedback rating is a reflection of this.
