There are some reasons: 1.You paid us more than one time Some guys paid us more than one time and told us:This is double payment.Then we could judge,this customer want more than one products.Howerver,sometimes some guys said nothing.At this situation we will suspect perhaps this customer paid us more than one time but without konwing. When we encounter this situation ,we will hold the orders and confirm with the customer by email. 2.Your payment is more than $300. If you paid us more than $300,we will confirm with you through telepone,in order to protect the safety of the trasaction.Maybe someone is using your paypal account for crazy shopping!This step maybe a little boring for my customers.But we think safety is the first thing for online purchasing. To the USA it may take 4-5 businese days.But to Canada it will take 15 businese days.Becuase our store is the USA. We will send the customer shipping report when the item is out.
