Can some one please tell me why is it we have to pay additional cost for Windows Vista 64bit, when it used to be free with every 32bit of the software sold????  Now, you can only get a 64bit free if you purchase one of there recent releases of there Windows Vista Ultimate(32bit). All previous releases additional cost are encured???????
