Conflict with pawnbargain is a lie

This seller had posted the shipping would be 9 dollars with 2 dollars insurance, when the package arrived it was only 7.15 with no receipt or anything. In curiousity, not expecting a refund, I was curious to why the difference. I received very rude emails in return. Uncalled for. My previous buys have proven that if there had been an issue they were easily resolved on both ends with no issues. A simple answer would have been nice, not to be slandered or be responded to in rude and insulting ways. Wanting a refund for 3-4 dollars is silly. But it would be nice to know where it went. Note though, recently more than one person has complained about this person. I've not had one single seller ever become rude in this manner over a question. And there has been worse issues that were easily desolved. So why be rude and insulting to a buyer when other items are still up for auction of theirs? And 2 in one day for negative feedback...it's not just me as can be seen on feedback

Harrassment

I do not understand why a seller would want to harrass a buyer, especially when they have other items up for bid. Would you out the person or just report it and let ebay take care of it, or both?
