Whats with all the one cent / penny auctions? Just spent ages online reading and tracing feedbacks from one to another user that are into the one cent sales/ same as buying feedback. One seller now has awsome rare coins selling...fraud? soon not a registered user? Was wondering if anyones had problems with these sellers / online book and picture sellers. Often not a seller for long and overseas sellers that require instant paypal method of payments. It seems obvious to me but guess ebay hasnt noticed. HELP!!
