I am requesting for all my buyers to please take the time to leave feedback for me in all catagories per the new feedback system. Of course I would love it if each and everyone of you would leave 5 stars for me as that helps me keep my prices affordable for you as my customer. However, If anything at all is not right and you don't see yourself leaving me 5 stars please email me first to see what we can do to fix the problems. What happens is most buyers don't take the time to rate each service so the more that don't rate us the lower our rate becomes as the bigger number is divided into the smaller number to get our average. So, while I have made many changes to help my customers if they don't rate me for their happiness and the changes I have brought to accomodate them and make things more affordable I still lose as the numbers don't add up the way they should.

For instance I now try to ship all items for exact shipping, some I actually lose on however if it is a error on your side I do return all shipping extra's to your paypal account. I also send an email through ebay and a private email letting you know you have a refund. Many people do not even take the time to read the email and then don't even rate you for being honest so it continues to make your score lower instead of higher. I try my best to satisfy everyone like I said so if any problems please contact me.
