Here is my own personal story and how I got into holistic health in a nutshell. 

At a very young age I was already starting to feel very sick and tired.  I had sever chest pains in my heart area, especially when I ate greasy foods or meat, or if I drank any amounts of alcohol.  I had extremely low energy, and could often sleep 12 hours in a day and still feel tired.  I had severe depression.  I had horrible acne.  I already felt like I was old.  I remember thinking that if I feel like this at the age of 20, how will I feel when I am 30, or 40, or 50?  Will I live that long? 

I had a history of living very unhealthy, but I didn't really understand what was making me so sick.  I came then came by the grace of God across a book called the Essene Gospel of Peace.  This book helped me to have an understanding of why I was sick, and showed be that there was a way out of suffering, sickness and disease.  It talked about the importance of diet, cleansing, fasting and many other things.

Ever since then I have understood the mportance of living a simple natural life.  I only eat foods that supply my body with nutrition, and stay away from foods that destroy my body.  I fast, cleanse, and rebuild my body with superior nutirtion frequently.  I have much more energy and stamina, I no longer have chest pains (which I believe was some type of ulcer or possibly leaky gut), and my acne has cleared.  I have also started my own business offering some of the best holistic products available today.   Learning to take care of my own physical, mental and spiritual health has been one of the greatest things to ever enter my life..
