Holiday Craziness!

A note about shipping:
Unfortunately, I have had issues getting across to my customers (most of whom are loyal, wonderful people), that shipping will be delayed. Every auction has a large message at the top with this information. If anyone has any ideas how else to make it clear, please let me know! Our daughter is wonderful, but unfortunately she is having issues with her formula and other tummy troubles. Often, this may necessitate ER visits or hospital time. We can usually check our email at some point, but please bear with us if the shipping of your item is delayed. As always, we have a refund policy and items may be returned for a refund of the price paid minus shipping.

You are a very dishonest seller. Even with numerous communications, you promise to delivery items on time and then revert back to your delayed shipping comments when you don't deliver. Rather than refund customers, you send late items anyway and try to make the customer lose out on shipping and fake restocking fees. You are creating very bad karma for your newborn daughter for her to know that her parents are dishonest to other children by making promises you will not keep. One day you will realize that that type of practice is not appropriate and if bad karma comes your way...the reasons are there. Think about if this is the type of parent you want to be...and if your daughter deserves the same kind of treatment you are giving to others!

Shame on you for saying such horrid things about this seller! Their beautiful daughter won't be growing up learning about "promises not kept," but rather than she was a priority to her parents and they worked hard to keep business running as well as being good parents.

If you've never had a health challenge for yourself or child, count your blessings. Otherwise you should keep your nasty remarks to yourself. You make eBay ugy and hard for sellers to put up with the drama that comes with trying to make a living using this forum.

Did you wait til the last minute to order things you needed? Go to a brick and mortar store if you need something fast, and pay for the convenience. Ebay things often come at bargain prices but the additional cost is waiting for the items to arrive. It's call "ONLINE SHOPPING" so get used to it or use your regular store! Otherwise, these people have clearly indicated delays and challenges they're facing and you should be tender to the needs of an innocent baby.

God Bless you little Lili and we'll pray for continued recovery and endurance.

Sure..pinnacle_alpacas will make all these comments...and you have not even purchased from these people! Try ordering something and see how many weeks it takes when in writing they will tell you delivery is not a problem. Keep your comments to yourself if you do not have the experience in dealing with a seller who is STEALING FROM HIS CUSTOMERS and using his baby as an excuse to provide HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Look at other comments made...and most importantly look at his feedback. He leaves retaliatory feedback to people who PAY HIM IMMEDIATELY! Bad Karma will come to this family because of this horrid business practice!

2/11/07...I agree this guy is Deadbeat City! Now his adelphia email address is no longer valid, so how do you get in touch with someone who takes your money but doesn't respond to emails?! Ebay should close them off!
