All items sold are NEW & UNUSED (unless specifically stated otherwise in our eBay offer), and shipped in their original packaging and/or with factory hang tags. Product instructions, warranty cards, and carton UPC codes if any as provided by the manufacturer are included. For any rebate offers, please contact the manufacturer directly for their instructions -- we do not issue factory rebates or related coupons.

Shipping & handling includes standard insurance FOB origin (no P.O. boxes, international sales, or COD's -- contact us before ordering for U.S. overseas insured mail quotes); retain all contents and packaging in the event of an insured loss or damage claim. An adult signature with photo ID may be required for delivery. Shipment contents will normally be summarized on the FedEx or USPS address label; purchase receipts will be sent electronically unless otherwise requested by buyer at time of order.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except for our gross service error (i.e., sent wrong item).  En route address correction fees if any will be billed via PayPal, and are due upon electronic invoicing when applicable -- double check your PayPal account for your current street delivery address, to avoid service delays or additional charges.

Payments are due within 7 (seven) days of listing close.  Most paid orders ship out within 3 days, and arrive in 3 to 8 business days. Order early, particularly before any holiday periods, for best results. Carrier times are estimated, not guaranteed -- we do not offer air express service. All orders and payments subject to merchant verification and PayPal settlement before processing.

No purchase credit, replacement, or refund will be issued for any apparent insured loss or damage claim until formal inspection and filing has been completed with a successfully paid claim, which may take up to 45 days -- see current published FedEx and USPS carrier insurance guidelines for related information prior to purchase.

All sales Final, no refunds or exchanges (except for a paid insured loss claim -- or our gross service error, i.e. sent wrong item). Use the manufacturer new product limited warranty if applicable for parts or service requirements subsequent to purchase (may not apply to some Closeout, demo, or discontinued items -- see offer details). While an authorized retailer for the popular brands we sell, we are not a factory parts or warranty service depot -- all unauthorized returns will be refused, freight collect.

Dishonored payments of any kind on fulfilled orders will incur a minimum $35 excess service fee, plus all recovery and shipping charges, including but not limited to billing and collection of all correspondence, filing, and travel costs, through small claims court jurisdiction and/or other applicable venues.  Unpaid accounts will be blocked, and reported to eBay for their status review and any applicable fee adjustments.  Other disputes if any not informally resolved will be settled via agreed binding arbitration only, and buyer(s) waive any right to other legal action in lieu of required and timely arbitration, with established arbitration service costs to be shared equally by buyer & seller.
