Well, I feel depressed. As a woman I really didn't know how bad I wanted Hillary Clinton in the White House until Obama won. I gather she is endorsing Barack Obama. I just felt really down because this country has so much potential. I don't like having the same old thing all the time and I don't think this nomination will work. He may be half black/half white, but he still is a man. I have nothing against men either, and I am not particularly a feminist, I just want a woman in the White House.
I have decided that I am not going to vote this time around. I vote for everything. If there is something to vote for I go for it. But, I have decided that I want Hillary for president and if she isn't there forget-a-bout-it. Last time I did this I was a registered Republican and 22 yrs old. I think it was Reagan and Dukakis/Mondale. I didn't particularly like Reagan at the time and he had been in office once already so I decided not to vote.
So what does everybody think of the Dream Ticket? They say that Hillary and Barack are meeting this evening at Hillary's home in D.C. Wouldn't you just love to be a fly on the wall for that one? So wonder if Hillary runs for Vice President? Dream Ticket: Obama/Clinton. Don't know.
And who the heck will it be on the other side. McCain and? How about this? McCain and Romney. Can you just imagine? Goodness gracious.
Well I think I will sit back list new stuff on EBAY. I am going garage saling this weekend hopefully.
Plus, I think I am enjoying the summer already. I have two babie tomatos and my pineapple is 8" tall.
