Most Recent Posts The Dancing Horizon Health FoundationPosted Sep-24-07 15:23:14 PDT Dancing Horizon Health Foundation is a not-for-profit organization that is dedicated to making sure that patients in the Boonville, MO and Jamestown, MO area have access to competent medical care regardless of their financial situation. The Foundation has begun solicitation of donations as well as seeking funding through grant programs for the purpose of providing health care, equipment, health education, and prescriptions for those who do not have commercial insurance or cannot afford health care. Patients who would like to apply to receive services can inquire at Dancing Horizon Health for more information and to begin the application process. The Board of Directors will review each case and approve an amount of assistance based on the applicant's income level and the funds that are available to the Foundation at that time. Each applicant will be notified of their approval and the level of coverage that the Foundation will be able to provide them. Donations currently are being solicited from individuals, businesses, and government agencies for equipment, supplies, education materials, and cash donations. The Board Currently consists of seven individuals that have a broad background of experience and expertise. Each of these individuals bring with them essential knowledge that will benefit the Foundation and the patients. It is the belief of the Board of Directors that competent health care should be available to all persons regardless of their financial situation. |
