Hey everyone - hows you all doing.

Been out tidying up the garden in the glorious sunshine this morning but think I may have overdone it a little as I am about ready to curl up and go back to sleep!!

Got MILs 60th Birthday dinner to look forward to tonight - should be fun - we are going to a pub within walking distance so the other half can have a pint or two and not worry about having to drive us home,  looking forward to it, don't seem to get out much these days...

Finally reached 99 on my feedback - just one more to go and waiting on a couple so hopefully before the end of today I will be 100!!!!

T'other half will be home in a couple of hours so I guess I had better make it look like I've done some thing other than make a dent in the computer chair today! LOL

Well there's things I really ought to be getting on with BUT I am being told by everyone (but mostly my mum and mum-in-law) to take it easy!!  So easy I'm gonna take it!!!

I love this time of year - the slight chill in the morning, the smell of autumn in the air gets me thinking of long dark nights curled up in front of the (electric) fire and how xmas really isn't that far away now!!

I suppose it would be that much better if we were coming out the tail end of a long hot summer, but you can't have everything I suppose!

The trees should be starting to turn soon which means the view from my window will shortly become a blaze of fire - especially at sunset - something I look forward to!!

Think I will go blackberrying later - I love making apple and blackberry jam!!
