It is with great sadness that my original line of products ... cigarette tins, bags, mirrors etc have been discontinued. These are made by a company who has decided it is time for a change, along with this change means no more of the collectables.

For many years I have had these items for sale which has helped me build into the seller that I am today. So I am trying to get as much as I can in my last order, but as you can imagine everyone who buys from this company are buying up so they can have some extra stock for Christmas as once the current stock is sold that is it!

So all I can say, is if you want it grab it, if you wanted something, it is on order, but it is a fingers crossed game to see if I will actually get it as everything is really limited and it is a first in first served basis game now.  Orders from my supplier are taking a while to be processed but please be assured that everything listed on eBay I personally have in stock ... if you win / buy something you will definately receive it. I only list what I have on hand.

This changes marks another change for me and selling on eBay. I might go looking for new suppliers of similar items or I might just move into a new field. Who knows... I will just wait and see, but watching my shelves go down with no way of replacing these items is a different experience.

I love when new stock arrives, it is all shiny and new and different.

But before I crack open the box, and the camera and get stuck into it I am off to finish sewing up the last of my orders.

Well I have placed a new order for my collectables so in a few weeks some favourites and some new designs will be back in stock! WHHOOO!!!

I actually love new orders a big box of stuff to go looking through it is just like christmas. Can't wait for the new tote bags they are certainly my favourites.

Hopefully this weekend I will get to creating some new colours for the wheat bags, some cute printed designs came out this season. The range of wheat bag designs is getting huge now! Plus all heat packs now have sewn in instructions.

So that is me for the moment, exciting changes happening in the next few weeks....wonder how it will all turn out. I am taking the gamble and hoping all turns out for the best because my glass is half full never half empty.

Ground hog day!! I am still playing the it has been a while game!
With so much going on I keep forgetting to come and blog and catch up with old (and new friends). So much happens things change daily, but at least there is one thing I am still here.

This morning I have spent longer faffing around eBay than normal. Firstly got the shock of my life when I was told my store doesn't exist, must say I nearly cried but it was just a minor technical glitch, which is all fixed now.

The send note to seller bit is only working selectively. Which is causing a bit of a problem, hoping I am sending the right colours to people. I now have a default colour of lilac to make my life easier and manufacturing quicker. So hopefully I am not missing a crucial piece of information.

Otherwise it is wheat bag / heat pack central here at the moment. Off to sew up some more orders and then go and test the strength of a mail bag. The poor mail collection guy thinks I am sending rocks to people, some days the bag is so heavy. I am always worried one day I will do his back in then where will I be.

Time to get back to work!

I know it has been a while but life got really busy and then recently I came down with the flu. But I am back on deck now :)

Today has been spent sorting stock and getting my listings up to date.

I have finished the cigarette tins so now there is a great variety. It is a shame that I stopped selling these for a while as it seems there are a few people charging like it is gold plated or something for the same items. Disappointing but that doesn't matter, I am back now and selling items at a fair price again.

It is true that sellers are here to make money but I have a few morals still when it comes to selling including NOT deliberately ripping people off. The buzz I get watching an auction go high is one thing but when the BIN price has a hugeola markup on it then I start to wonder.

Onto more positive things my heat packs, OMG. Never did I think these would be so popular on eBay. I also never anticipated the fact that they would continue their appeal as the weather warmed up. This is just an added bonus and I must thank all my buyers it is extremely humbling.

Why is this so humbling? Well we actually grow the grain, I sew the grain into heat packs and then send them to buyers. To actually manufacture the entire product and have such wonderful feedback is very humbling. Ok maybe I don't make the corduroy and the cotton to sew it with but I am sure you get my drift LOL

Time to get back to listing more items, I want to be as full as I can be by the end of today so that new stock that is only a day or two away can be listed!!
