I did enjoy throwing in three barefaced allusions to the story of ‘Alice in Wonderland’ in my new ‘1-Minute Spotlight’ video (below). It is actually about my
landscape art of the Alice statue in Central Park, after all. My mentioning douglasrickard.com being “your door” to shop for the art refers to the little panelled door Alice has to squeeze through. My description of the ACEO’s and Super Size art prints as ‘miniature’ and ‘giant’ gives a nod to Alice’s height transformation. And of course all my art prints being at “a regal standard of archival-quality” drops a hint to the Queen of Hearts and other Wonderland royalty. But you would have worked all that out, wouldn’t you!?
