I am so surprised by the neutral I got today as I don't know how this could happen as I don't even smoke. The only thing different thing here was a varnish I used on an oil painting ACEO but I don't see how....  I'm really concerned! I offered a replacement but am waiting on a reply as my feedback is important to me as are my buyers and the quality... last thing I want to do is send out anything with probs. My livlihood is art which I have worked really hard to build a reputation on my own site too, I paint pet portraits on a daily basis and nothing has never happened before :(

.. maybe I'm overreacting to care about it, could easily have been a neg so happy about that! I've even been sniffing all my art materials with no luck! hopefully people will read all the nice feedback but even my own website visitors will see it as all my sites link up so that's what's bothering me really as it's my business..  I'd have loved the chance to pay for return postage so I could see what was wrong and been more than happy to give a refund or replace it.

The main reason I'm bloggin this to ask what do you think? would it put you off buying? feedback appreciated good or bad!

Well all the ACEOs I put in my last post sold except from the owls in oil .. which is strange as they had lots of watchers and took me longest because of being oils and all..but fun to paint, anyway I relisted this one below for a day and just put all my other stuff on my own site ..  so working some new ACEOs to list rather than putting the same up again for now.

Oh and here's some wildlife graphite ones too
