I just had a winning bidder contact me asking me If I would lower the shipping price on a international sale. I had a flat rate listed in my ad. and he won the bid but is now asking me to lower the price. My reply was No, but that I would send the item by the fastest method I could for that price.  Anybody else ever run into this?

What is the norm for return policy?  This is what I plan to post.  " Your satisfaction is very important to me. If you are unhappy for any reason please contact me within 7 buisness days. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping. Please contact me with any questions." Does this sound ok? do I need to add anything?

I recieved my first neg feedback today. Im really bumbed out, The buyer never even contacted me to let me know there was any sort of problem. I would have been happy to try to work things out, The buyer thinks I sent him something damaged. It must have broke durring shipping. Man, I wish he would have let me know. I think leaving somebody a neg without even contacting them first is really lame!
