Good night all, Thankyou to BJ aswe

Good night and great sales to all this night and I really would like to thank BJ for her donation box  of stuff to sell for charity . I still had about 8 things left in the third box and will start on listing it soon. I am waiting for a bit  with all going on around here. But will have some great stuff to list for the charities for Christmas sales. I have 1 more Ref, White and Blue box to run up and then those ones will be finished up. Just for a bit. some other peopel are running some great charity listings and went to support them a bit. Getting ready  for son leaving for college any good tips for me. aswe

lol yes sorry to say but most of time thats what they do. oh yeah and eat and eat. they miss parents cooking.

Let's see, my son was about an hour away (but very close to my work...saw him plenty and he was not your typical first year student....he had not recovered sufficiently at that time to do well in college and the dorm life was pretty scarey for him.

My daughter, was about an hour away, but in the city...not in my normal travels...I found it a good idea to 'arrange' meetings with her....otherwise, I might not like what I saw! LOL....she has grown up a lot since then.

unlike my daughter who is looking at a 14 hour drive. He wanted to be close to come backa dn perform and he got a great financial package from here. He had one better 2000. a year in a honors college but did not like their music dept. go figure.

mine are always with me and used to doing everything together. but he has been away lots of times but still I am scared they say when you got a home body they run wild on their own.

Each finds his own way, aswe. Mom has to let them and of course, they know where to find you when they make their mistakes. Its scarey for all concerned. It's also very rewarding to watch them learn to make their good life decisions.

True Judy. I know I was terrified of him driving just did not seem to have reaction times but doing great. I guess that is what worries me he will not find his way home enough. But on the bright side I can spend a year with girl and give her some time she never recieved because of my sons illness. so always a good side right!

Yes....and he will let you know. You have a great relationship with your kids and that doesn't go away. You might be 'set aside' for a while, and get to learn about 'how to do things the right way' from him when he comes home for scholl breaks and such, but, we all did the same to our parents, right?

LOL ty Judy I guess just getting nervous. My sis says you raised them right and they know what to do, now you have to trust that you gave the morals to carry through on your family convictions. I am real excited for him but one step closer to empty nest. Thanks for good thoughts.
