Go to tracking and copy the note that they have available there, then email buyer insert note, and let them know that the package has been returned.

I have the exact same thing going on with a regular customer. She said that she has stopped delivery at the house because of theft and now the package is being returned to me because she did not see note from post office that they would have the package at local postal center.

I am waiting on the package to be returned.

Nothing on email from customer I have tried 5 times now D:0 I sent the delivery thing already and still nothing D:)
