has the buyer recontacted you ?? What is it he wasnt happy with...can you make it right and have the feedback removed by mutual consent ??

They buyer saying that the item wasn't exactly as she thought isn't necessarily buyer's remorse.

Maybe they were just being honest about the transaction.

It isn't a negative.

If the paid for the item why would you leave them anything other than a positive.

I just read the description of the item.....what is inside the fabric ??? The listing doesn't say ... is it a real brick or foam or wadded paper or what ??

Maybe that is why the item wasn't what they expected.

for something like that goodstuff they should have asked before buying or placing a bid if unsure. communication is key and the buyer never communicated or given aswe a chance to correct any error which is wrong.

TY jp, No martino Nothing it just arrived in todays mail and got right on fb. I wanted them to know there is a place to handle it through ebay.
And good you are right it just sounded like buyers remorse to me because I have sold over 30 of these and no complaints whatso ever! If the first one I would have said wow bad product rethink those but not after 30.

Thanks guys and most likely will leave fb soon Oh and they did email and demand that I ship and I sent them the shipping link and told them that their email may have block the shipping email. May be something with that!
