how do you report an ebayer with 2 id that has transacted with themselves

I can not find it. I had one of my blogs removed today from because some one wrong me did not provide photos and DELIVERY CONFORMATION number (there I said it right).  Never ,Never provided information I asked for.  I take with reporter who wrote published article and they said  thefts from PO were never bigger than a dvd, cd or stamps. I can not file with PO because I did not ship it and was never GIVEN proof that it was shipped. I feel it is time for total resources to be utilized.  NONE ONE HAS TO POST BLOGBURST  HERE NO ONE !!!! Not just me.  I am being stalked my blogs removed and this is OK NOT!!!

 So anyone know how to file the double identity thing. aswe

I had someone that used their boyfriends name, then followed on to harrass me... it turns out it s distant cousin by marriage to my husband who was given my store link from my SIL. This witch, then proceeded to bid on multiple items on HER name, then said she didnt receive them to blackmail me for reporting her first time. I contacted ebay and they said different credit cards, names, addresses no way to proof even though I could provide emails, notes in mail, etc.

Sometimes EBAY turns a blind eye!

All I ever asked for was a Delivery Conformation number so that I could check on package. NEVER PROVIDED and was told there was not any as part of our agreement. D:( That is all I wanted and now this well NO MORE I taking it out side blogville. D

That is the part someone reported and had removed because they did not honor an agreement and thought it may hurt their business if it stayed posted. so it is about my PURCHASING an entire gift basket, shipping and services . That were not recieved due to theft at PO but the services purchased including delivery conformation were never provided to me as per agreement. D

You'd think people would provide at least the delivery confirmation number to protect their selling reputation. It's the least they could do, besides refunding your money. What a jerko. I hope they get what they deserve. Bad eBayer!! Aswe, I'm sorry this happened to you. You're a good person!
