Make sure you know the ground rules from the vendor that is drop shipping your products to your customer. We had a issue this morning because there was a volume qty that we needed to make before we could sell there Lasershield products. Was this told to us at first. The answer is no. Our drop shipper was RS&I out of Arlington, TX told us about a new product Laser shield a month ago at that time RS&I out of Arlington, TX never said any thing about requirements. This is what my RS&I out of Arlington, TX sales rep told us. Now in order to become a Lasershield dealer one of the requirements is that your initial purchase be for $2,000.00 of product after words you may order as you see fit. And this is a drop ship vendor? We had to go out and hunt down another vendor to purchase for our customers product at retail price to save face and our feedback rating on eBay, needless to say we took a lost on this transaction. Word of the wise. Ask a lot of questions so you won’t get burn by your drop shipper. |
