DIY Guitar Parts ---The real scam

My wife and I have had very good luck buying and selling in ebay for years now but our trust has ben a little tarnished.  For the most part, we love it and will continue but anyone buying from the seller DIY Guitars (lei68la2005) will make a big mistake.  I had my eye on a couple of guitar necks from this seller. I make a couple of bids.  Then I get an email from someone who suffered the scam of Lei Cheng (DYI Guitars) who tells me of the scam that was laid on them and told me  not to buy from this seller. Well, I don't listem of course and continue with the deal.  I ask the seller if the items in the picture are the ones that I will get.  They said they are and,,they are not.  Combined shipping says the ad.  Not so. Was charged full shot in the final price.  Ad says "If you don't receive your item in 20 days contact me.  I did and he plays dumb about the whole thing.  Five weeks after purchase I receive one of the necks.  He uses the tracking number from that one to show Paypal that I have received two. Not so.  Now Pay Pal is investigating due to my "unreceived item dispute" but I really don't think Pay Pal will be of much help.  Lei Cheng knows just how to manipulate the system at the right time.  His feedback rating is still high due to high volume of items sold but when you read the feedback he's getting closely it becomes clear he's quite the scammer.  Very long shipping times, misrepresented items, damaged goods, unreceived items with no recourse.BEWARE
