I usually don't get this angry over probs on ebay but when   qandp_variety   ruined my perfect feedback score with outright lies I have to put the record strait.

I bought 4 items from   qandp_variety   3 items were damaged due to bad packing 1 item was marked with the wrong size and did not fit, The box they were packed in was undamaged. I sent a polite email and explained this to them THEY REPLIED saying "  Please return any unwanted items for refund

The 2 fishing reels were still usable so i returned the socks marked as size 10 to 13 that were very tight on my size 10 or 11 feet and would have shrunk further with the first wash and a coke collectors tin badly dinted in transit for refund 10 days later sent an email asking what was happening as I had herd nothing from them they replied"No returned recieved as yet

I waited another week and no further contact from them so decided to write it off  may have been lost in post (form your own opinion) and left honest feedback stating the facts BUT THEY LEFT FEEDBACK THAT IS TOTALY UNTRUE and called me a lier they said I did not contact them if I did not contact them why did they reply to me and tell me to return what I am not happy with I have saved those emails and can proove I did contact them I also have photos of the damaged coke tin and the undamaged carton it arrived in taken before I returned it and the socks. 

PLEASE BE AWARE THESE PEOPLE TELL LIES

AND I CAN PROOVE IT.
