I've been a member of eBay for ages but only recently started buying & selling. Started off buying a load of antique furniture for our dining room and so had to sell the original stuff.

I was a bit surprised at how low the bids were but I guess once you've commited to sell you have to stick to the rules if you are honest.

I watched quite a few items being sold before I braved it into the listing arena but in the most part I have enjoyed it so far. I've only had a couple of less than perfect experiences, all of which have been whilst trying to buy items.

One seller wouldn't sell the item to me even though I won it fair & square. She thought she should have got more, but there is little I could do about that.... I can't bid against myself.
I am pretty sure one seller was using another ID to bid against me. The item sold to this mystery bidder and there has been no feedback between them since?!! In fact the seller appears to have sold several items but has no Sellers feedback other than a very recent negative.

Anyway I don't want to appear negative, I have met some really great people both buying & selling and I have travelled quite some distances to collect items. All 100% positive feedback so far and I try hard to acheive & maintain that score.
