The item when we were ready to ship was defective and it was the only one we had. We apologized to our buyer and issued a full refund immediately. Then she turns us in for Non-Selling Seller! Grrrh! Needless to say we added her to our blocked buyer list. Do we have a right to be upset about this? What else were we to do?
