Why ?

We are born , live and die.

We came from God,and do our best to return.

Animals as well.

But why do some nice people suffer ?

Some do not seem to.

Why do animals suffer ? What sin can they commit ?

Sheilas' Grandmother is about to move to Heaven, this made me wonder.

Never have heard a good reason.

Babies and animals have no voice , but suffer , why ?

Guess only God knows.

Sad at times.

I wish i had the answer bengal. i have searched and prayed for that answer for several years. All i do know is that when i get there "then i will know" until then i walk by faith and hope..........

Bengal that is why I suppose they call this life a veil of tears....There is no rhyme or reason...I look beyond the answer given by religion to a question that was never meant to have an answer...Death is but a doorway Bengal...I believe that we continue...The spirit never ceases to survive this mortal passing...We are and always will be....As with time, a never ending circle.

The Buddhists say that all life is suffering, from the time we part from our mothers throughout our life....we thirst, hunger, have pain, have anxiety......they believe that each moment of suffering brings us to a more enlightened and compassionate state...

True, Gods see's a different picture than we do.
I watched my mother in law die a slow painful death of cancer, but I think it took until the last moments before she came to Christ...so in hindsight, would it have been more merciful for her to die instantly in a car crash?
It is sad tho, we are down here and sometimes it just don't make sense.

Christians believe the same way......there was never any great benefit for any biblical person until they suffered.......
