All who have been following know we live in a 2 story co-op. Paid off in dec and we were to get to buy it again.

mgm't team had ownership in wrong name.

A couple of weeks ago their lawyers said it would be either co-op or condo and we'd know in 6-12 months.

New meeting, now they are leaning to condo -tonights latest- we have to pay a lot down, been # crunching.

Only appx. $7,000. short and the repairs  needed; we have to pay for. Even the ones we already have paid maintainance to fix.

The legal fees are to be announced in another meeting in 3 weeks.

This is a nightmare. So unfair to buy a townhouse, pay for it, and have to buy it again . When we do not have the total lump sum down, but do have the monthly; that makes it idiotic.

Were i not here , i would not believe this could happen.

We bought this thru hud; they stopped them for years. now have no power.

So, if you do not believe, o.k. but no attacks, it is true.

When i started , bought a comp to do ebay.

Then a 3 in 1.

Did not know how to turn comp on- true.

After all this time still paying off comp and associated things.

Learned enough to get around web.

have few blogs; when can find them.

But , I believed if I worked hard , studied, followed rules , that would make money. Still have not paid off comp- needed laptop as well.

Sad, ebay could have told truth.

A flat selling fee is easy to figure out but all the paypal extras are sneaky ebay lies.

Sad as I did what they said and started making fees and then paying off comp.

Still a couple thousand down from where i started.

Ebay then raises fees.

So unfair to us all, and i am sad and disillusioned.

Ebay has raised fees and been dishonest,

they lowered insertion and raised fvf; it costs a seller more to sell on ebay.No savings, what cost a seller $1.24 to ebay now as of Feb,20,08 ; will cost $ 1.47 appx.

Ebay sellers are loosing money and many are going to Amazon and others.

A terrible shame, ebay is better but few can afford ebay  any more.

Ebay needs to have free insertion , let fvf pick up slack, then sellers can list in auction.

This is ebay usa only, ifit works here it will then be ebay u.k. and ebay germany.

Buyers, use ebay stores, better deals ,we have high fees as well but more inventory and most combine shipping. Saves you more. Buyers ebay stores are the lowest prices for better quality.

Talk with ebay store manager prior to buying, just click 'ask seller a question'

Feedback over 99% means buyers are safe as long as they use paypal , just leave feedback as soon as item arrives, give all stars , in feedback a 5. Ebay will punish owner if you do not.

Ebay punishes  store owners by putting items at bottom of viewing list. So always give store owners the highest number on the stars. An ebay secret system. This is how stores are hurt. Buyers , in turn no longer see all items.

Re Amazon; am in contact w/ someone who works in another consult;

he said snoop around Amazon, fvf higher but list right andif no sale no up-front.

he cannot give the thread; inside; said not hard to see.

says all items do not belong Amazon, ck sell thru.

Also -no decent seller communication.

suggested ebay or a blog or website for that.

Said careful of fvf as they are straight , and no fees for financial, but do math as some item amounts should stay ebay.
