To all buyers

Becareful of postal orders when sellers request it NOT CROSSED.

I have a "smart" buyer who requested it uncrossed and I not realizing that post office won't be able to track if the identity of seller when cashed.

I reported her item sent being radically different from the pic posted then I got a strike from Ebay for supposedly not paying.

Looks like this seller planned ahead how to trap an overseas buyer. Like the seller said to be - tough luck.

Recently I have some tough sellers - what's new right ? My nephew in law said he had 400+ transaction in Ebay and only encountered 3 not so pleasant situation. I had 15 transaction and 3 really unpleasant ones. That my luck.. and one of the unpleasant seller actually was quite haughty as she had the upper hand over the injustice - she said tough luck to the extend that I cant do anything about it.

Anyway, I dont really understand some statement by Ebay. Pls explain somebody ?

Hi Folks

How do you test the seller is honest ? I realised having a 100% feedback does not help either !! I think especially when a buyer is from overseas, some sellers may feel they can get away with it ??

How do you test the honesty of the seller after a successful bidding ? Any tell tale signs to share ?

I found in Ebay  you can block buyers/ bidders but I can find ways to block or blacklist sellers !

Can anybody tell me if there are ways to blacklist sellers within My Ebay or something ?

Please don't get me wrong. I am not thinking what you are thinking ! :)

Isn't there a blacklisted section for us buyers ? I was wondering if I can have a column for blacklisted sellers so that we won't every buy from. Regular shoppers like me, sometimes forget who are the bad boys around. I think ratings alone is not enough to deter naughty boys in Ebay.

I think there should be a wanted list somewhere in Ebay !! :)
