Most Recent Posts Undeserving negative feedback!Posted Feb-19-08 11:43:25 PST Updated Feb-19-08 11:44:35 PST Just a note to let you know how hard it is to remove a negative feedback that is left by a buyer/seller! I contacted Ebay Customer Support w/ my complaint about spooky517 and her false accusation, I even copied and pasted all 4 emails to the buyer I sent but got no response from. I told her to send the product back and I apologized she was unhappy, I even left HER a positive feedback right away! She had the nerve to give me a negative feedback for my "lack of communication" when she was the one who hasn't responded to any of my emails or Ebay messages. Now Ebay expects ME to follow 5 steps to resolve the issue w/ the buyer (who won't respond to my communication) until I resolve it on my own....I don't have the time for this and with proof of my case THEY should be the ones resolving this issue directly with the buyer! |
