Help my eBay Inventory is out of control!

I have big plans tomorrow (7-18-2008). I have so much work to do. I haven't been home all week. I've been to American Girl Movies, Homeschool Book Shopping, taking kids to Dr's Appts... etc. I am going to stay home all day tomorrow.. and work, Work on eBay junk.

My main focus will be inventory. I feel like my inventory is on shaking ground.  So I'm going to be working on that all day tomorrow and I will hopefully be writing a few things up in the process. 

I use Blackthorne Pro, and I love it. I can not speak highly enough of the program and the people over there behind Blackthorne. My inventory isn't messed up because of Blackthorne.. it's messed up because of me.  I don't add stuff in like I should, and I have a tendency to just let things go.. instead of staying on top of them.

Does anyone else have inventory issues?  How are you working through them?  Since we are on the subject of inventory.. does anyone use a program that will list on other sites AND keep track of your inventory?  I would love to go with Channel Advisor.. I just don't want to spend 500.00 a month on it..  I'm open to suggestions... if anyone has some.
