My latest sc*mbag is goodfercheap.  This person does not mention in his CD listings that he won't be sending you the jewel case or the artwork.  (Look at his feedback, I'm not the only one it's happened to).  Yeah sure, the CD I bought sold for only $1.51.  Not my problem.  And he deliberately misleads one into thinking they will be receiving teh jewel case and artwork by charging $3.99 for shipping and handling (which is reasonable).  However, the CD comes in a paper envelope, no artwork, no plastic jewel case and the postage is $0.58!!  So this guy thinks he can make his measly profit by misleading people and then ripping them off for postage.  Sorry, but eBay doesn't need people like him. 

I filed a Paypal complaint, which will hopefully either get me my money back, keep him off eBay or teach him a lesson (I have the balls the others who left him positive feedback don't have.  They left him positive feedback because they just didn't think filing a complaint would be worth it, even though in many cases they received a cracked CD!)

I will probably go through a Paypal battle and a feedback war with goodfercheap.  Obviously, he has not left me positive feedback (even though I paid within hours) just in case I did file a complaint.  Unfortunately, this seems to be the status quo now on eBay.  Don't leave feedback until you have been left feedback, even if you pay immediately with Buy It Now.  Kind of makes the whole feedback thing a joke.

So it seems that the sc*mbag who is not sendingme my tickets (the event has already past) is not claiming his money on Paypal.  This is real great because now I have to wait 30 days for Paypal to cancel the payment yet my credit card was charge.  WTF?

This guy who uses the ID nicolas.llc is a real sc*mbag.  He will list an item with a low starting price and no reserve.  Then if the item does not reach an amount which he will be satisfied with, he just will not claim the Paypal payment and will not send the item.  Obviously, he doesn't care about negative feedback and probably has multiple eBay accounts.
