I am trying to do a poll here on ebay about Ebay rules .

What do you think of Ebays new buyers rules , Or Smoking Gun as I call it ?

I am a powerseller and I just want to see how many other ebayers are as mad as i am at ebay .

Do the buyers buy and then give Negtive feed back when there items not there overnight ?

Hi ebayers  Harlan walters here owner of binkey2000 ebay store . Here on the new ebay i feel like as a seller i am being bullied by Hitler or some gostopo with there new rules . I wrote some real good guilds on this in my guilds here our some of ebays new rules

1. Reducing insertion fees  . I feel this is a lie . only going down by 3 cents
2. Free Gallery … on all listings!  OK.
3. Reduced Feature Plus and Pro Pack fees .Well Ok
4. Increased listing exposure for sellers with great DSRs . Now why do we need this one ?
5. Pricing discounts for PowerSellers with great DSRs .Only to powersellers .
6. Protection from chargebacks for PowerSellers .Again only for powersellers .
7. All addresses are confirmed addresses for PowerSellers on their eBay listings that are paid with PayPal . And again only for powersellers . WOW .
8. Unlimited PayPal protection for PowerSellers . The fouth time only for powersellers .
9. Repeat Feedback credit .No more feedbacks from repeat buyers . What a joke.
10. Rolling 12-month Feedback Percentage . We could do with out this one also .
11. Personalized Seller Dashboad. This is ok maybe .

  OK now why do we need all these new rules not to say the best of all number 12 . No more neg feedback to buyers . WOW we could really do without this one . Why is it only the buyer can give neg feedback ? I still feel that ebay inc is trampling it's sellers who make the whole ebay back bone with listing fee's . Now i see why people on tv are calling ebay FEEBAY and Greedbay . No wonder . Please post on this let me know how many ebayers feel the same buyers are welcome to post there ideas as well. Hi ebayers  . I have something to say about ebay . I think this new rule about buyers can no longer get neg feedback this is a joke whats a seller to do when the buyer gives me a neg feedback . What give the buyer a good feedback and thank them for the neg . And ebay inc and there fee's what's a small seller to do quit selling or start selling rolex watchs so ebay inc can rob me blind on there fee's and make more billions of dollars of the sellers backs . I feel that as a seller that my rights are being crushed and only the buyers and sellers like grapevinehill and other shooting red stars are still makeing money on ebay this is a JOKE EBAY INC . More sellers need to right ebay and tell them how we sellers feel i am sure i am not the only seller who feels this way if ebay wants to make new rules why not let the ebayers sellers and buyers vote on if they think the new rules are good or not what next ebay .
