Hastiness

Being hasty in anything is always bad.  However, on ebay being hasty can be very bad.  Yes, I'm talking about leaving negative feedback before giving another the chance to fix the issue.  Ok, I might just be upset because this recently happened to me on this account.  However, I sell on ebay for two other businesses, on their accounts and see this same thing as well.  I have seen people email me the day after they paid asking if I have shipped the item.  I have receive angry emails when after 2 days of paying the person did not receive the item, then to receive an email a few hours later apologizing because it came in the mail that day.  Even if it hadn't, it was 2 days people!

The same can be said for sellers.  Check your items, before you list them.  Even after checking them mistakes can still be made, but if you don't inspect/check them at all before you list then your risk of mistake will be higher.  When shipping take care in packaging the item.

On the good news we are getting a new shipment of Zippos in this week, and will be listing some of the new Zippo Blu's.
