I tried getting mine on ebay. Thought I got a great deal but the phone kept dying. Simple, right? Ordered a battery off ebay. The battery was great. The phone was a piece of junk and it wasn't disclosed in the listing that the phone had issues. Ended up (much money later) just going to the spring place and buying a used phone from them :-( .
