Why does ebay allow members who post auto ads to add additional "documentary" fees to the final price of an auction.  These run anywhere from 89 to a couple hundred dollars.  Ebay should make these members put a reserve on the auction that includes their extra fees so the person bidding on the auction knows exactly how much they have to pay and the seller does not have the chance to avoid ebay fees for this additional markup.
