Well, here on the coast of Maine, spring-like weather descended for a few days, prompting us to throw open the windows and doors to the fresh air.

...It also marked the beginning of spring cleaning.  (Ugh!) In that light, I have created a new store category called Virtual Yard Sale.  Check out my store ~ Three Wishes Gifts  ~ and click on the link to see what I'm cleaning out!

This weekend, I'm attacking my computer desk and the area around it. This includes a bookshelf that is stuffed with books - I'll be posting sets soon, and a bunch of this-that, and the other.

New items listed a few minutes ago include an Autographed copy of Don Imus' book  Two Guys Four Corners.  If you're an Imus fan, you gotta check it out!

Also listed are three different assortments of PC computer games. They're all older for the most part, and will run on older/slower machines (with the exception of Dark Age of Camelot, and The Sims - Makin Magic. The newer the computer, the better these will play). There's also a bunch of other "Sim" type games, some fighter/war games and some odds and ends that never get used anymore.

Hi to anyone reading.

Just a short intro blog to say hi and to let you know some about myself.

I am a 37 year old single mother with a teenage son. I have always worked one full-time and one part-time job. Lately I've been feeling like I'm missing out on the rest of his childhood and that he's been missing out on opportunities because I'm never home.

So that brings me to Ebay. I've had some success selling my "yard sale" items and thought that maybe I could make a few dollars at home on the computer. Ebay seems to be the best bet.

My short-term goal right now is to be successful enough to give up the part-time job and to concentrate on ecommerce instead. Then I'll have the freedom to spend time at home, and run my son to school events or other things that he's been wanting to try.

Anyway, that's the short version of my story. I'm sure that in the weeks to come, you'll find out more than you really wanted to know about me  :-)
