WHY GIVE NEG WHEN SOMEONE HAS NURTURED HIS FEEDBACK SO PADANTICALLY.PLEASE CALM DOWN AND THINK  WHAT HAS ARRIVED,THEN IF YOU FEEL THE SAME ,MAKE CONTACT,I AM SURE SOMEONE WOULD RECTIFY RATHER THAN HAVE AN UN-BLEMISHED RECORD SMASHED TO BITS BECAUSE OF WRONG LABELLING.PLEASE CHECK ,I WOULD STATE (REPLICA),IF IT IS.NONE OF MY ITEM'S ARE NOT WORTH WAY MORE THAN CHARGED.IF YOU ARE STILL NOT HAPPY,GO TO CALIFORNIA & PAY $250+ HOW CAN I KNOW IF SOMEONE IS UN-HAPPY,UNLESS I AM CONTACTED?IN MY NEG ISSUE,I SERIOUSLY CONSIDERED CLOSING MY EBAY.PLEASE THINK FIRST & THEN MAKE CONTACT.WHEN I GOT MY NEG I THOUGHT,NO-ONE CONTACTED ME,IT MUST BE WRONG!

Hi, poor you, either they give a neg without letting you know a problem or they theaten you with one, as in my ongoing case with a customer, I am really fed up with the nasty buyers out there and am also considering packing this in, we really shouldnt let them get to us but its so easy to be rude and nasty when they are faceless behind the computer.

DOH... i really really wish people would learn to contact their seller about a problem BEFORE they leave fb or file a claim.
I have had one or two customers that have been a bit difficult, but, so far, i have been fortunate that they are all great people who, if there is a problem, they allow me to fix it. :)

As in the real world, Ebay has it's share of people that are inconsiderate.

Your feedback is not smashed to bits!

Potential buyers will read your 161 POSITIVE feedback that include other "like"
item sales : )

It surely does sting, but we can not please all of the people,all of the time.

Try to let it go and keep doing what you've been doing and obviously enjoying.

It would be a shame if you let one person control your Ebay future!

hi tru, i have been threatened this week with a neg, as the wrapping came off the parcel. Makes you wonder what sort of people are out there, and after offering a refund I bet she leaves me a neg.

HAD A SIMILAR PROBLEM... CUSTOMER CONTACTED ME AND TOLD ME SHE THOUGHT SHE PAID TO MUCH FOR AN ITEM.. TOLD HER TO SEND IT BACK AND I WOULD REFUND HER MONEY..(SHE PAID 19.00 FOR AN ITEM THAT WAS SELLING OUT THERE FOR 90.00) SHE REFUSED TO SEND IT BACK JUST WANTED HER MONEY BACK .. YEA RIGHT..ASKED HER WHY I WOULD GIVE HER MONEY BACK IF SHE WASNT GOING TO RETURN THE ITEM... WAS SITTING HERE WAITING FOR A NEG AND EXPECTED ONE..KNEW EXACTLY WHAT I WAS GOING TO SAY IN A REPLY BUT GOT A NUTRAL WITH JUST XXX ON IT ... GUESS YOU CANT WIN THEM ALL.. DONT LET ANYONE STOP YOU THERE ARE NEGITIVE PEOPLE ALL OVER THE PLACE.. AND YOU CANT PLEASE THEM ALL...

I agree with tru, Communication almost always fixes the problem. I have two now with no payment, sent nice non threatening e-mails even stating if you need more time contact me. No reply. End result as they were only around $8.00ea, I will probably let it go or I will receive a undeserved negative from someone who didnt even pay.

Thanks like-minded peoples,I didn't expect such personal and touching remarks.It seems there are nice people who understand the good manners expected of us,we just don't know who or where each other are.I am just pleased that I am not alone,as I knew I was doing my best and even began to doubt what I knew I had done right.All your examples seem as bad and some even more petty,than mine,the torn package is an example that all should read.I am not closing my account now that I am not alone,I will carry on for now thanks to you all.Thanks very much for taking time out,I am very grateful as it cleared some points,for me .Bye for now,T.J.
