Ah Monday again - the start of a new week - not helped by the strange humid stormy weather last night preventing me sleep and making the cat behave strangely... inconvenient animal...

Just wanted to pop onto the blogs and say hi to everyone and wish you all a pleasant day.

I have some cool Chinese tarot cards listed and will be adding some more items tonight including some of the jewelry I have made so please check it out in the evening :)

I have some more of a clear out and found some more clothes which I can part with so those will be going up soon as well.

Hey ya - Well I had a fun day - only 3 unpaid hours of overtime today - Well to make myself feel better I had another go at this jewelery making lark and I made something (woo).

I used some really pretty little cogs and a watch hand piece to make this necklace on a ribbon - I think its very pretty and it hangs well when I tried it on.

I am making things for fun and friends but I hope to start selling things on ebay - does anyone have any advice or think this kind of thing will do well or badly? Is there anything I should know before I start selling things? Feedback on the jewelery design and selling on ebay all most welcome.

Sorry the second picture is blurry, but my camera doesnt do macro photography that well - you can see the engraving on the little watch piece just about though - it's very cool :)

As promised - here is my first bit of jewelery - it is a pretty hairclip made from feathers, cogs and tiny chinese coins - it looks kinda steampunky or neo - victorian. The little coins tinkle together nicely and give a bit of movement which I think is cool...

I haven't made any jewlery in years so let me know how I am doing :)
