Rumors of nate dogg death

A couple of hours ago rumors started to fly around the Internet about the rapper Nate Dogg. The Internet reported that Nate Dogg passed away due to complications from a stroke he had previously in 2007. But after these rumors started to fly around the Internet family and friends of Nate Dogg confirmed that he was sick but nothing close to death. He just had a common flu. There is a lot of speculation about who might have started these rumors and some reasoning behind them but they are just speculation. I have really enjoyed Nate Dogg's music over the last several years and I am very glad to hear that it was just a rumor today.
