Finally, with mixed emotions we now begin the last leg of our journey to our new duty station. This is not our first time to be stationed on the beautiful Island of Oahu. Leaving, saying goodbye is always difficult, this time leaving Jesse before he deploys again (fifth time) back to Iraq makes it especially tough. The happy part is our other son Joseph is still in Hawaii. The girls are very excited to play at the beach. Only Chastity remembers our previous trips to the islands...One thing is for sure having Daddy home rather than out on a ship will be welcomed by all of us. Twenty four + years Navy Service and about 6 more to go...at least those in the balance will be with less deployments. Thank you for being here to help me through the transition. Sure miss all of you and can hardly wait to settle into a new home and get back to "normalcy". I will look forward to getting back with Hospice Ministry, volunteering as a Guardian Ad Litem, Navy Omudsman Trainer..or with Navy Marine Corps Relief Society.

Can hardly wait to get new soaps,candles,bath salts, and gorgeous jewelry listed for my customers....

Saw my son for the last time and said my farewells today actually only a few hours ago...I will not see him again until he returns from his 5th deployment to Iraq/Afghan. He is now with a Stryker Brigade Special OPS Unit....Please keep him and all that are serving in your prayers...I can describe with words how proud I am of him and how my insides feel like they are being ripped out and my heart torn apart...this is unbearable...All I can keep reminding myself is "Trust in the LORD with ALL of your HEART"...

Things have been and will remain a bit crazy for myself and family until September. We have been on the road and even camped for a few days after our packout. Tent camping was a lot easier a few years ago..guess I like the 5 star hotels a bit more now..well, at least after something was crunching bones outside the tent and then began shaking our 3 dome tent when I set off my emergency alarm to scare it away :)...I woke the 3 little princesses up and the puppy and we spent the next two nights in the car...

My almost teenager princess burned a hole in the new tent, close the garage door on the car our last day at the house, and the list goes on and on.. :)

Sooooo how are you guys. MISS YOU BUNCHES ...sending LOVE HUGS BLESSINGS and always lifting you up in my prayers............thanks to all for writing after I had signed off earlier...what a great surprise to find your notes when I returned....
