Most Recent Posts Green ArchitecturePosted Jan-17-08 11:05:49 PST Green architecture is an aspect of design and construction right now that is beginning to thrive in America. Interested in it for years, I am finally able to significantly incorporate it into my design plans. It is very rewarding to see the positive effects Green architecture has on the environment, home and business owners, as well as the community. Frieze Harley-Davidson is a newly completed project of which I am very proud. You can view pictures on their website I have listed on my about me page. Many Green aspects were incorporated into this building, including one of this area’s first business wind turbines. The efficiency and achievement in the building’s energy needs has been so productive, it will be honored on a national level this spring. I have also designed one of the first fully energy efficient houses in this area. This residential home was constructed from, and functions with environmentally friendly materials and appliances. The possibilities for the Green Architecture are astounding! It’s really something to look into.
