Most Recent Posts ONLY NEGATIVE FEEDBACKPosted May-28-08 12:36:47 PDT Dear all wondering about my negative feedback.... It all started with a Nintendo Wii my friends. Having said in the selling page that I would post within a week of receiving payment in my BANK account you would have thought that someone would understand that as it was in RED writing. This particular customer obviously couldn't. I remnded him/her that this is what I said on my page after he/she enquired about the item and its whereabouts. Having posted a day late (explained by my exams (I'm a student)), I put on insured post (which he/she did not pay for) with Parceline48. So because this customer did not get the item when he/she thought it was supposed to be there, they set up a claim against me in Paypal!! They then received the item in the post, they realised they were wrong, apologised for being so rude and then after seeing I left them negative feedback for being so rude, they decided to leave me negative feedback. I am thoroughly disappointed that someone decided to smear my perfect 100% positive feedback. So I ask you, in the 170 transactions I have made do you really think that I was the one wrong here?? I think not. I can assure all of my customers, they will be treated with kindness, decency and above all tolerance. All of these qualities were lacking in such a member as this. Take care |
