Does anyone from PA know why they are charging my customer's from PA tax on items that I sell that are personal items?  I am not a store and I already paid the tax when I bought the item for my Husband.  I would think that they treat this like a yardsale.  You don't pay tax there.

I just found out that EBAY is charging me for time and I am not getting what I pay for.  Once you list an item they charge you from the first minute YET they don't put your listing in a location for several hours. You are paying for that time but not getting the service. So they are stealing hours from your listing.  That's what it sounds like...
