5 years ago I tried to purchase a gift fopr my husband. Item never delivered, contact w/ seller VERY bad, obscene calles, lies etc.  Went to arbitration w/ no result.  Member now long gone but retalitory fdbk remains.  Have begged to have this fixed, but no luck.  Because person (?) is not  a member this is an u8nfixable problem.  Am only blogging this because my feedback would be perfect if not for this instance in which I was the victim.  Ebay should delete all feedback from non-members.  Anyway, jst wanted to tell my side of the story since I can't seem to get this resolved.
