Most Recent Posts OK I have a day job now!!Posted Oct-04-07 14:18:12 PDT Hey guys and gals I have a day job now so I will not be able to answer questions during the day like I used to. But as soon as I get home I will check and if it is something that has ended unpurchased I can always relist it for you. I know this will be a bit of an inconvience for some of you but bear with me I do plan to continue my excellent service for you!!!!! The biggest things will be that I am not here to answer your questions immediatley and instead of same day shipping it will be the day after payment has cleared. That shouldn't delay your packages to much! Thanks again to all my customers you helped me get through a really tough time and I appreciate all your business!!! Callistoo Has horrible customer service!!!!Posted Oct-01-07 14:52:30 PDT Updated Oct-01-07 14:56:18 PDT Hello everyone I have a huge complaint about an eBay seller screen name Callistoo. I ordered a gameboy advance ac adaptor and rechargeable battery cover from this company on August 16th they shipped it out on the 19th of August. I recieved it around the 22th. I mistakenly immediately left positive feedback for them assuming the item was fine. I was wrong the item does not work!!! I emailed them several times with no response so I called them on the 24th of August I was assured by them that they would ship out a replacement. Septemeber 11th I still had not recieved the replacement so I called back and again was assured they would ship out another one again nothing so on the 19th of September I filed a complaint with paypal and again I was assured that they would ship out a new one. Today is October 1st and still I have not recieved the replacement. I have gone back and read their feedback and although they have a feedback score in the 40,000 I have not been the first victim of this kind of treatment from this company. In 12 months they have had over 115 negative responses from customers and 168 neutral responses. I know that doesn't seem like much considering the 40,000 feedback score but when they have had 12,050 responses in a year and 283 of them have been negative or neutral that is 5% of there customers that are unsatisfied, plus the few like me I am sure that left positive feedback before the item was tested. I am truly upset about a seller on eBay acting like this. I realize that they are obviously busy but if you can't keep your promises to your customers, respond to them when they have problems or advertise your items with honesty you don't need to be on eBay ripping off honest people!!!!!! There is no excuse for telling a customer 3 times that you will ship something and then don't. I have filed another complaint with eBay but I know I have no other recourse. Other than to spread the word that we have a bad eBay seller on eBay. Please do not shop with this company and pass the word aroundCALLISTOO is not a respectable seller and please beware!!!!!!!!!! I am sorry if this delays you recieving your item in a timely fashion but I will ship out as soon as I get back so it should only cause a day or two delay. Oh and remember I said I may be getting a full-time job.. Well I found out today I got it so this will become a second income for me but don't worry I still promise to give the same quality service that I have been giving all along!!! Thanks again to all off my customers and expecially my repeat customers you all helped me make it through a rough time!!!!! I have a new client in the works but nothing is confirmed yet. So I will keep you posted plus I may be getting a real job so this may become a second income instead of a first, we will see. I want to thank all the customers who have bid on and purchased from me you have ALL been wonderful to do business with. I haven't had a single complaint about a single customer and to my knowledge none of my customers have any complaints with me, or my merchandise so that just makes this experience all the more sweet.
